he was holding a dandelion in his right hand.
in the other, an umbrella.
he was well dressed for the occasion.
nicely combed hair.
equipped with a smile of expectancy.
he knew that this would be the day.
it was raining quite heavily.
but the rain didnt dampen his spirit.
ever clutching the dandelion.
he held it close to himself.
protecting it from the wind.
lest the seeds were displaced by the unmerciful winds.
he was staring at something all the while.
and it was his dandelion.
he thought of a big field.
right at the center was his dandelion.
surrounded by grass.
and an evil guy happened to learn about this lonely dandelion.
and came up with his evilest of evil thoughts.
of how to kill the dandelion.
a pair of shears?
no, the evil guy thought it would be better if it was an atomic bomb.
it would be a sure kill.
the little boy quickly broke his chain of thoughts.
not wanting what he thought to happen to his helpless dandelion.
then he saw the bus he had been waiting for, approaching.
the bus that was supposed to bring him to his destination.
he stretched his arm to flag down the bus.
it so happened to be the arm which had the dandelion.
a wind blew.
his dandelion.
his only dandelion.
abels wise saying: some times the things you treasure most would one day be taken from you.
and such a happening is inevitable.
and such a happening is inevitable.
